Developed and published an interactive, self-paced online training module for over 450 users using Articulate Rise 360 while utilizing Adult Learning Principles (Merrill’s Principles of Instruction).
Consulted with Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning solutions that ensured mastery of learning objectives using videos, articles, graphics, mastery practice, reflection questions, and assessment activities.
